Finally...been saying this for a long time, cholesterol is NOT evil.
And dietary cholesterol has little impact on your own body's cholesterol unless you are a hyper-responder to cholesterol (rare). We synthesize most of our cholesterol ourselves.

"The nation’s top nutrition advisory panel has decided to drop its caution about eating cholesterol-laden food, a move that could undo almost 40 years of government warnings about its consumption."
Cholesterol also has an important part in the synthesis of steroid hormones, including the production of the sex hormones estrogen and testosterone.
